The breakfast was savoury and enjoyable with the grill, pastries and toast, and the facilities were very good.

We ate at a bright restaurant for breakfast. Its location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Grand Central Shopping Centre was marvellous and fab.

Relaxing, fairly clean place with genuinely helpful staff in each member of staff. Location - excellent, just next door to bar's and restaurants, right outside the train station and mall. Minutes away from Exit.  

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was very good. Got deluxe queen room with comfortable beds, bath plus the ventilation system as expected. The location for Birmingham was excellent, adjacent to the Bullring and surrounding 

Big, huge rooms with a hair dryer, armchairs, and an iron and ironing board. Enjoyable and gorgeous breakfast with poached eggs almost hard boiled and mushrooms, as for instance, well priced.

The breakfast was savoury and tasty, it offered variety of lovely food. The room was fashionable and airy, with a nice design. Everything here was beautiful, I would stay here again.

Nicely furnished room and bathroom with a bathtub. A storage, air conditioning, and coffee were convenient.

Fairly clean property with very attractive design, and savoury continental breakfast. Genuinely helpful and incredibly attentive staff from staff members, parking off site.

Liked our superior deluxe queen room with facilities.

The restaurant here was super for both dinner and breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes. A TV area, a hair dryer, and armchairs were a nice touch.

I stayed in the room that was upgraded & has been dressed with rose petals in the bed and available in the event of an activated alarm. At the restaurant, the breakfast was enjoyable and lovely with much better pastries than usual... 

It was a traditional building, the rooms were absolutely spotless. The location in a local area was marvellous and there were a market and various stores nearby.

Amazing, incredible location short walk to the lively city center, durnken youths to start with then roadworks then to finish off bin wagons, and the train station and tram stops. Minutes from Chic and other tourist 

comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and a storage, air conditioner and coffee in the room.

Pretty standard accommodation with efficient staff on reception desk. Fantastic location, just 15 minutes to the city centre. A few steps away from a landmark mall. The restaurant was good, for dinner.
